2.- Quality content on your website, if you have a Blog, Newsletter, etc you need to update it with quality content, something that will be useful for your visitors and members, they will want to share it.

3.- Eye-cathy links and banners, that way you will invite your visitors to browse interesting pages with fresh content on your website.

4.- Polls, it is another nice way to make your visitors stay on your website

5.- Website Loading, make sure it always loads fast!. Nobody will stay on a website that takes more than 2 seconds to open properly. Time is gold, people will not want to waste it waiting for your website to load.

Have a lady wanting a real estate site still trying to get all the images, etc from her so I can start it. Also trying to figure out how to put her MLS search on her site. I couldn't find anything on YouTube about MLS. I've used YouTube as a great free resource on my learning curve to web design.

I'm currently using SiteSpinner Pro seems fairly straight forward to use. I want to learn more but work keeps me from spending the time I'd like to on researching stuff.

1) Taking care of SEO is not an easy task, not even a part time job ( well.. if you want to develop a successful SEO campaign)

2) You need to be sure you have enough SEO knowledge. Many people think doing SEO is just sit in front of the computer, start sending emails and posting on forums .

3) At least have the basic HTML knowledge, I can't imagine people trying to do their own SEO and not being able to update a website's meta tags.

4) Make sure the website is Search Engine Friendly

5) Can you or your company take on an SEO campaign without experience a negative impact on other fields?

6) How good are you writing new content? SEO like websites with updated content, the more you update your website, the more you will be crawled. Are you a good writer? can you update your content constantly?
