I have just design my site,Its a travel site (slkosher.com).
Please review for design, layout and give me some honest feedback. Suggestions are also welcome.

1) The site looks outdated
2) The pictures are low quality
3) Where is the favicon?
4) You need to improve the navigation and layout design, I like the structure but I don't like the design and colors
5) Where is the antispam code on the contact form? do you want to be easily hacked?
6) The pictures on the memories page load slow, I figure they are not saved or uploaded properly.
Note: this website is not SEO friendly, I totally recommend a redesign. Please let me know if we can help you with this, I can see the company that created this website is outdated too.
7) Does the website have an admin panel?
