I would like to receive your comments about this new design, it is a CSS website for a Car Rental Company in Cyprus.

The red on red is hard to read.
I would go a couple of shades darker on your background to get the text to stand out more or have a light gray background around the text segments.
I would move the body text (Kıbrıs Rent A Car kuruluşu o....) that is under the left rear wheel to the hotspot top and left of the passenger side.
I would also get my keywords and location in text in the header as well as in the title.
Write unique titles for each page.
Use a pipe | to separate keyword phrases in the title.
I would use a captcha protected contact us form. I would not have my email address written in the clear as it is certain to be scraped and harvested.
Much too much text on the home page. Way too many choices.
Shrink the car so that it and the 3 text sections under it (7 / 24 Oto Kiralama Servisi) are visible without scrolling.
Put a set of links to the different car types and services you offer down the left and remove everything from "Neden Kıbrıs Rent a Car ile araba kiralama?" on down.
Work on the SEO!

I have to agree with Reg... the red on red is very hard on the eyes.
I agree on making the car image smaller, and moving your hot button to the more prominent upper left.
I'm assuming you just haven't gotten around to metatags yet.
I also agree on masking your email address, and using a captcha form.
As was already said, the page is much too busy. Catch 'em at first glance, and hold 'em at the second. If you haven't hooked 'em by then, you'll just run 'em of with so much text.
If you were looking for any specific CSS related comments, I'm not your man... I'm still learning CSS myself.

I have to say that the design has already been approved, did you see it online, the red was reduced, it was just the first image template.
