Their professionalism and true desire to make the customer happy has shown through and through. For instance, we requested multiple changes to a design that I felt would be good. After seeing the design in action, I ultimately requested to scrap the idea?? it was a poor design on my part ?? and without blinking he said no problem, went back to the drawing board and designed a model that worked much better.
